So my luck has not been any good getting Rockies tickets!  I tried yesterday but the server crashed and today I haven't gotten thru. It would have been an awesome experience going to the world series. Doesn't look like its going to happen for me.

           Life has been stressful to say the least.  Mom isn't doing that well! Atleast I don't think she is. Dad is alright I guess. My patience seems to be about shot with them. Honestly I can't stand being at their house long because it is so messy. Also the fact that mom isn't even trying to get better and turn her life around. Just makes me frustrated and sad. Hmm my brother I talk to like once or twice a year. I need to make a better effort on my part to try and be a better sister. Atleast I have you Heather to get along with!

             So today I should know the results of my blood test.  I am nervous and excited all at the same time.

Well tommorow we have been in our house a year!  Dang where does the time go. It just ticks on by. So we really haven't been doing any home improvent projects since we moved in. I guess that is because buying stuff for the house it soooo expensive. Plus we bought  a car in November. Which we paid cash for! Dan gave my permission the other day to rip the wallpaper in the ugly bathroom. So we would have to replace it.  Dan took down the wallpaper and is starting to pain the bathroom a blue color. I am not sure how I will like it. Well better than the hiddeous wallpaper that was there. I am excited that we are finally doing something about it. I will have to take pictures when Dan gets done with it. I have been keeping busy with work and school. The semster is almost over. I am probaly going to have to retake my math class. Math and I do not mix. Oh well its my own fault I will just have to buck up and get it done!  It my sisters birthday today Happy Birthday Heather!


Oh yeah I won tickets (6 to be exact) to the first day of country Jam. I am soooooo excited it will be my quick little vacation this summer. Me, Dan, Valerie,Mom and Kim are going. My friend Meghan who I knew in Durango we are going to stay at her home in Grand Junction. She also is going to go spend the day having fun with us. I am looking forward to it 54 days till the Jam! I won these by entering online.

So Friday night after I get home from a long day at work. I get online and see the ad for the movie Just Like Heaven. I thought to myself oh yeah its out now. So I checked what time it was playing. We quickly at dinner. Then Dan and I went to the movie. It was really cute! I liked it! It was for sure a total chick flick. Here is a plot summary I found online.

Elizabeth Martinson is a doctor with a life of work, devoid of joy. But when an accident renders her into a spirit, Elizabeth may be forced to live something she has avoided: downtime. However, with her no longer occupying her apartment, it's been given to David Abbott, a good guy but a lonely architect which has caught the ire of Elizabeth who haunts him as a bitter spirit. She's not willing to give up her place to David, and he's not going to back down from his new home. But as these two continually fight, they might just be attracted to each other.

I recommend this movie! 

So today Julia had Luke Christopher Jutras. He was born at 12:16. He  weighs seven pounds five ounces. He is twenty inches.  Dan got to see Luke a little while after he was born.

I got off of work at 6:30 then came home and went to the hospital with Michelle,Julie and Tim.  Julia did not look bad for having a 14 hour  labor. Chris said she started screaming at nine last night. I got the chance to hold Luke. It made me think about how much I want to be a mother soon. I was just holding him and looking at him. He has dark hair with blue eyes. He has the longest fingers and toes. Guess that what everyone has been telling Chris and Julia all day. Chris looked all worn out. What a busy day for the couple. Very cute baby! I will post more pictures when I get them.

e was born. He was born at Penrose St. Frances Birth Center here in Colorado Springs.  This is the picture Dan sent me while I was at work to see.

So this morning the phone rang! It woke my up and I turn to Dan and tell him "who would call at seven in the morning."  I rolled back over and went back to sleep. Eventually I woke back up and Dan gave his brother Chris a call because he wondered if he had a specific computer progam. He talked to Julia and she said they were on the way to the hospital she joked with Dan that she had stubbed her toe. We went upstairs and said to his mom so your going to be a grandma she wondered how we knew. Dan told her he got the information straight from the source. Chris calls back later that it was a falase alarm. Poor Julia this is there first baby. I am sure she just wants it to be born. She is due on September 7th.   Sounds like there baby boy could be here before we know it!
